Damage Waiver / Security Deposit You will be asked to choose either a $30 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone. For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee for pet of $20/night There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.
