This apartment features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, a rooftop patio with skyline views, a fitness center, lounge, and more. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, Keurig, fitness center, and rooftop patio & lounge Location: \- Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk \- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University \- Walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District Parking: \- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. You can hear and smell a lot in the halls (music, cooking, etc), but not inside the unit. The rooftop deck offers amazing views and the balcony was nice. The bed is low, but comfy. Good space, great location, safe and convenient parking, lots of outlets, good wifi. Needs a second mirror outside the bathroom, but otherwise everything you need is there.
