This home features new centeral air conditioning, on demand tankless water heater and furnace. The kitchen features full size refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove/oven, dishwasher. The living room features a 55 inch tv with sound bar and high grade leather sectional for complete comfort. The dining room has a four chair bar size table with seating for four. The entire first floor and staircase features stunning newly refinished original wood floors. Two master bedrooms are located on the second floor with queen size beds and closets in each bedroom. A full size bathroom with large soaking tub and shower is also centerally locaed for your convenience. Restaurants and nightlife close by.
