The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Shared fitness center, shared rooftop patio and lounge, private balcony, in-unit laundry, smart TV with built-in Airplay, dedicated workspace, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, iron, Keurig, and more Location: \- Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk \- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University \- Walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District Parking: \- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival \- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events) \- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8\`2\` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans \- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau Other things to note: \- The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however please note that the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed. Please see the listing photos for reference. \- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. There were 3 of us for a mother/daughter weekend. We were allotted 3 bath towels, 3 wash cloths and one hand towel. Good thing we brought extra bedding bedding because none was provided. We had one kitchen towel and enough coffee pods for each person to have 1 cup per day. Basically, the bare minimum.
