The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, Keurig, fitness center, and rooftop patio & lounge Location: \- Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk \- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University \- Walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District Parking: \- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival \- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events) \- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8\`2\` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans \- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau Other things to note: \- The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however please note that the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed. It is a little noisy because it’s by a hospital & road but the host provided ear plugs & we turned on the fan which easily drowned out everything!
