Just steps away are loads of quality restaurants, cafes, breweries, a grocery store, and the scenic Riverwalk. With the Fiserv Forum and downtown attractions easily accessible, this is an ideal location whether you\`re in town for business or pleasure. The space is cozy, contemporary, and outfitted with every convenience in mind—including a private balcony, in-unit laundry, and a 24-hour fitness center—allowing you to feel right at home. The apartment sleeps up to three with a comfy queen bed in the bedroom. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: 24-hour fitness center, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table, private balcony, and in-unit laundry Location: \- All within two blocks: cafes, breweries, grocery store, brunch restaurant, beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars Parking: \- Reserved parking is not included in this listing \- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St \- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn\`t enforced).
