Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole). This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Living room: located on 1st floor of apartment. Though compact, the living area provides plenty of utility with a sectional and flexible seating options. The drop-leaf dining table seats up to 5 and also doubles as a workspace Bedroom 1: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an exterior-facing window Bedroom 2: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an interior-facing window that looks out into the building\`s atrium.
