Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine. The space: HVAC systems are controlled by the building\`s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we\`ve still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience.
