The room above us was very noisy. I went to the front desk to complain. She called the room and politely asked them to keep it down. Then called us to let us know they apologized and we could reach out if it didn’t stop. The noise stopped immediately and the rest of the night was quiet/uneventful. Very nice customer service.

Check in was super easy and quick. It is an older hotel that is taken care of. The jet tub room was amazing. Spacious. Bed was comfy and we were not expecting the electric fire place. Such an amazing surprise. We had actual meant to book another hotel here in town. We didnt know this hotel also had jet tubs, definitely will be letting family and friends know!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was not as warm as desired, and the sofa bed was far from comfortable! But it was well priced and located close to our daily activities.

Terrible hotel and management
I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. We stayed with several other families as part of a youth sports group. The manager on site is unprofessional, not welcoming, unstable, and knows nothing about good customer service. Our room was dirty upon arrival, the bathroom has bubbling paint around the shower area, and there were bugs/beetles on the ceiling. The pool area smells musty and pool has mildew on tiles. We didn’t say anything at first because we were spending majority of our time at a local sports facility. We returned to the hotel at night with takeout pizzas and sat in the lobby area with other families. I took 4 paper plates from the cafe area for my kids to use. The manager rushed up to me and started yelling at me loudly in front of the entire lobby saying paper plates (located in the cafe area of a hotel) are not for hotel guests and not to teach my children to steal. He was condescending, yelled in my face and scared me. I felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Our room was not cleaned the first night other than replacing towels. The beds were made up messy. The manager told us that they can’t make up our beds if there are personal items on then. Our kids had a stuffed animal on the bed so that’s why. Beware if you stay here!

Terrible experience. Terrible GM. He was beyond rude to multiple members of our group. I discovered opened unfinished alcoholic beverages in our closet and fresh fries in the AC unit vents. Alerted front desk at 7am. Went to my kids swim meet and returned at 2pm and the garbage was still there. When I brought it down to the front desk and expressed my frustration I was told it wasn’t a big deal. Then the GM came up to my room to further tell me it wasn’t a big deal, if I wasn’t happy with the conditions I could leave and said the conversation was over. We had a group with 7 rooms and none of us will be staying here again for the next swim meet.
