I called him & he said he ment to call me because the space I paid for had been extended by the previous tenant and if I called Expedia he would issue my refund and honor my reservation at another one of their spaces. "This property was as-advertised. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its Brookhaven location was excellent. The owner was easy to work with. One thing to know is that it is near to train/MARTA tracks but that never bothered me as there are trees in between and they provided an air filter that made good white noise."

"Overall experience was great. Easy communication, and the house met all of our needs. The only negative for us was that the front door and both levels required everyone to go up and down steps, which was difficult for our older parents. Aside from that, I would definitely stay here again."
