Excellent value for an overnight stay in Milton Keynes. The property is spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were extremely efficient, from the front desk to breakfast service. The hotel was very accommodating in storing our luggage, which was very helpful for our visit to Bletchley Park. Highly recommend!

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. Facilities and cleanliness were also very good. However, signposting to the exact location of the hotel from public roads could be better.

Property needs a makeover; looks and feels tired. Breakfast good but if you get there late the cooked sausages and bacon will be shrivled and tough. Otherwise it's fine with good choices.

Nice hotel to stop over. Clean, comfortable mattress and good breakfast. Nice staff. The only negative I would say is the sofa bed, although it was for a kid it was not quite comfortable and very soft pillows, in the morning I woke up with my head in the mattress and with a neck pain. Next time I will use at least 2 pillows. Overall all good, I would stay again for 1-2 nights.

Very tired looking hotel..room needed updating. The sofa bed was very small my 10 11 year old had no space together sharing. Definitely wouldn't be big enough for two adults. Whilst having breakfast there were rats outside the windows. Not enough towels in the room for 4 people we had to request more and one lift was out of order which caused queues. Wouldn't stay again

Holiday Inn Express
Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Stayed here before and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, or recommend to anyone. Very comfortable and good breakfast included.

Hotel was fine. Room clean. Food limited menu drinks pricey. Only thing air-conditioning in room was awful set on 23c no hot warm air so cold. Get flashing say malfunction as only one night did not bother about it. Found Room cold draughty shame because hotel is clean.

Drinks prices too high - nearly £6.50 for a pint of IPA - I'm at a hotel not a pop festival and then the server poured it leaving it with a head that virtually gave me three quarters a pint. I had to ask them to pour the head out and top up. The room signage is poor especially if you are in Room numbers ending 50+ Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and clean.
