Food and wine paradise, hiking, volcanological , cultural and sports offers an incredible variety of pleasures for the soul and body. House for exclusive use with catamaran net, vegetable garden and hens. Annexed to a production house (music, video, photo) with experimental violin making.
The property is within a 17-hectare property cultivated with fruit and woods.
In the structure there is a Production House, an experimental violin making, an unconventional bicycle park. If you rent a room the villa is all yours, of course also the garden.
