The staff were very nice and good breakfast was provided. Around ten minutes’ walk from the railway station. Groceries and restaurants near by.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Holly Lodge Guest House. The room was roomy and well equipped. The hostess was absolutely wonderful and it was delightful to chat with the other guests over a delicious breakfast. Great location for exploring the region.

Lovely stay and comfortable.
Our room was so clean and comfortable. The lodge is situated a stones throw from the village shops, which we found great. A short drive into the marina and theres lots to do there. The choice of breakfast is good and the staff were lovely. The only thing i would say is parking is tight, but we managed to fine space on the road outside.We would recommend booking this lovely little guest house, a fabulous place and lots to do.

Lovely stay at this property, easy check in with self check in. The only downside I would say was the parking which is of no fault of the owners but another guest had parked their car in a very awkward position meaning it was impossible to get past to the available spaces at the back of the property so we had to park on the street at first.

Lovely guest house.
Lovely little guest house with easy self check in/out. Friendly staff and good breakfasts ( which need to be ordered the evening before, but you can basically ask for whatever you want!) Room 2 was beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious Private parking with a 5 minute drive into the main centre and pier. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again

Love Windermere, and this B&B was wonderful. The only problem was we were on 3rd level, and the second flight of stairs was tight and spiral. Great location. The staff was friendly.

Avoid this place. Apart from the acceptable breakfast, it disappoints in most ways. The only welcome is on the signs at the front door. NOT recommended.

A very good proximity to the lake and all amenities. The guest house was warm, clean friendly staff couldn’t ask more for a weekend away would recommend it to friends and family.
