Walking distance to various stores including Walmart, Winners, Rona, Michaels, Sport Check, Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons and 5 min drive to Leduc Common,5 mins drive to Leduc Hospital,20 min drive to various places including Edmonton and easy access to Hwy QE2.  
  
Our home is located at 197 Bridgeport Blvd. Leduc is perfectly situated on a corner lot next to a scenic park! You will be greeted by a spacious foyer & a Den/Study. Featuring a bright and airy open-concept main floor, the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together—ideal for entertaining. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The upper floor offers 3 spacious bedrooms, including a primary suite with ample closet space. This space Unwind and relax in the hot tub.  
The media room features a smart TV. The property offers Telus high-speed pure fibre, TV, internet, and Wi-Fi for guests.  
  
Come with the kitchen and bathroom essentials.  
  
Free Car parking is available for the guests.
