No late checkout! For someone working nights from out of state, forget about a late checkout to hopefully get some sleep! 11am and you’re out regardless if got to the room at 4am.

Filthy and run down
This is a completely run down, dirty hotel. It’s incomprehensible that it was well rated when we read the reviews. There are so few hotels in Milledgeville that we didn’t have much of a choice but to stay here. Never again.

Extremely dirty hotel. The room was musty, smells like smoke and towels were thin damp and dirty. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Had to check out early as I was unable to sleep a second night in those conditions. I would never stay here again or allow anyone I know to stay here.

Don't walk ... run the other way!
This was a last minute one-night stay for me while on business, and almost every other hotel in town was sold out. (move-in week at the college) About the only nice thing I can say about this stay was the bed was comfortable. Other than that, this was the most run-down, dirty hotel I've ever stayed in. I didn't even want to dry off with their towels after my shower, as they were so stained and threadbare. Next time, I'll drive the extra 30+ miles to Macon if I have to, but I definitely would not stay here again.

This hotel is located close to the road. Traffic noise could be heard. There is a Walmart directly across the street and a package store that is walkable from hotel. I’m traveling solo on a motorcycle so this place is ok for me. There is no breakfast here or hot coffee. However no shortage of typical fast food chains and restaurants. My room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Went to check out at 10:15am and the lobby was locked up and NO access to coffee. Had to use the bullet proof pass thru window to check out. This is NOT customer service in the least.

Dirty stained rooms. Stains all over the room including the fabric headboard, the cloth chairs and the carpet. No food on the property whatsoever, not even hot coffee. Charged $40/night extra for pets for rooms not fit for humans. Do not stay here unless like me you have to get your pets out of the cold and have no other local options.

AWFUL PLACE - FIND ANOTHER HOTEL
I booked a room, but when I got there, the hotel was in total disrepair, unsafe, smelled awful and no one was at the front desk when I walked into the lobby. My sister and I both said there was no way we were staying there for a single night. I canceled the room through the hotels.com site and then i cakes the hotel office to tell them I wouldn't be staying there. I was still charged for the stay. I called the hotel and they told me to call hotels.com, which I did. Their only solution was to call the hotel manager and ask them if they would refund the money since I didn't stay there and the manager said no, he wouldn't refund the money so hotels.com told me I have to pay even though they could see I stayed at another hotel in another town that night because this place was beyond awful. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was a basic clean room, the hotel is located right on 441. Traffic noise and they are upgrading lobby, but it was just what we needed for the night

This is certainly a no frills property. It was clean but that’s about it. Door would not completely shut which made the traffic outside seem as if it was inside. No I’m room coffee pot or cable tv, pretty sure it was over the air along with threadbare towels. On a positive note it is inexpensive but not a location that makes you want to be a repeat customer.

Not worth it worse place I ever stayed
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there were electrical tape around the door connecting to the room next door carpet was coming up at threshold between bedroom and bathroom looks like a dog messed it up, shower wand was tied in knots, weather stripping at entrance to the room coming off, the chair in room had all kinds of stains was scared to sit on the chair, drawer on desk was falling off, bathroom floor was filthy and there were extension cords with lamps plugged into them, the furniture looked like it has not been taken care of, mattress pad was stained, carpet was in need of a deep cleaning, smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling
