    "When we arrived, around 9 pm, there was no one to check us in. Our room key was sitting on the front desk with a paper that I assumed we were supposed to sign. No instructions, just sitting there for anyone to grab. We have stayed at this place before, and weren't expecting anything fancy, but when I unfolded a washcloth in the room to find spots of fresh, unwashed something that looked like blood, I was a little grossed out. Most of the towels were clean, but there were probably 3 that were..."
