The bed mattress was worn out as I did not slept well cos of feeling the springs and making noises every time I turn over and duvet was too hot as when it summer should be light cool duvet and winter would be perfect for that

Great stay in Newcastle. Staff was very friendly and it’s a fantastic location. We were in N.I. mostly for golf, which Newcastle offers a great location if you have a rental. All of the courses we played were within a 90 minute drive. For the price there could have been more to offer from the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was awesome, however, I thought I “upgraded” from a King Sea View to a Suite with a Sea view. Ended up paying more for no sea view. Putting green is just thin turf. The spa and its facilities were great! But, you only have access to the spa facilities the day of your “treatment.” The bar on site is very nice with a solid selection of cocktails and beer. Another downside is the lack of food after 10 pm. It’s either a pizza or cold sandwiches for the 24 hour room service. Overall, felt like an awesome place, just lacking in some areas where you don’t feel like you’re getting what you’re paying for.

Gorgeous view, loved hearing the ocean! Staff were great! Easy parking! Will come again!
