Room door did not work properly. Unable to turn heat down or off had to open window. Front desk claimed the hotel was being renovated. It really needs it.

The reception staff was extremely welcoming. They are quick to answer any and all questions.

It was stinky, the lobby wreaked of cigarettes, the room was musty smelling, and when I asked to cancel the reservation and get a refund, i got a run around, and they offered only to give me 15% back! Horrible!
