Convenient location and a very pleasant staff

Room was ready when promised but it was hard to keep the temp at a comfortable level and one of the bath towels had lipstick or worse on it.

We've stayed here before and have always been pleased with the accommodations. They have a nice little cafe for breakfast, pricey, but nice.

The hotel is very nice. Not much going on in the area, but I was there to see family over the holidays. One thing I wish Hotels would have are recliners in the rooms. The furniture is always so rigid and uncomfortable. It isn't just this hotel, but almost every one I have stayed in. Also, the people that plow the parking lot should come back later in the day and clean up the lot. There were snowpiles that we had to climb over the entire time I was there. I have been a snow removal person in the past and never would I have left the parking lot in the shape they left it. It is shear laziness as far as I am concerned. It was very icy and could have proven to be disasterous if anyone fell and was injured.

Cons: Bathroom needs attention.
Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Bathroom was ok but had a bad smell even after it was cleaned. Compared to other hotels nearby price we paid a night did not include breakfast.
