Incredible staff

The woman who checked us in was friendly and knowledgable. She provided us with a great restaurant recommendation. She finished by providing us detailed driving directions to that restaurant, which made our day!

Love this place! It's a little pricey, but worth it. 15 minute drive from the casino. Super nice people, clean room, very nice, we were able to watch the Red Sox in our room, pool and hot tub. Starbucks in the lobby is nice, but the muffin I had was awful. No Continental breakfast is offered. Rooms are very quiet. Bed was very comfortable too! Love the separate bathroom with a privacy door and a night light so you don't have to turn on a bright light in the middle of the night. Nice shower. The pool and hot tub don't open till 9:00, so we couldn't use them. Only one coffee left for us in the room that was booked for 2 people. Some chairs out on the balcony would be nice, so you could sit out there and enjoy your coffee. Overall nice hotel.

Good not great

In general it was good but not great. They tolerated a lot of noise in the lobby coming from kids playing...even at 21:00 o clock and over. In general it is good and you won't regret it.

Very disappointed.

This was a one night stay with my husband for my birthday. We had planned on using the pool and hot tub. Chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was roped off with caution tape and unable to be used. The pool was full of kids. Apparently there was a soccer tournament in the area. There were unattended children running and playing in the hallways. They should have had their own floor. Guest not with that group should have been offered a room away from them. Not the night I had planned. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Convenient location and a very pleasant staff

Room was ready when promised but it was hard to keep the temp at a comfortable level and one of the bath towels had lipstick or worse on it.
