Location was great as it was close to the Olympiahalle for my Elton John concert. The appartment was great for me (single woman). It was small but very functional. Personnel at the H2 hotel were very nice and made themselves available to answer all my questions.

Comfy & clean - perfect home from home

Only minor negatives I found were: No coffee machine capsule refills daily 1 of 2 vending machines not working for full 4 days 1 vending machine out for both days (As every store closes by 8pm these can be essential) No hairdryer so bringing one plus an an adapter is a drag or as I ended up with wet hair to work (Other alternative was a request to get one only after a separate deposit n process - another drag itself) Place was lovely otherwise but if the rate goes up then these will not be such good value any more! However this place was lovely to stay (loved the tv in english instead of the headache of filinh through endless german dubbed channels to find just one news channel available!) with nicest staff all round and a great location (U3 line)

This is not smoke free. You cannot call it smoke free if you still allow smoking at all of the doors and windows. The whole place is filled with cigarette smoke.There is no way to reach reception. The staff is rude, at best. Nothing worked, no wifi, no toilet paper, no AC, got the wrong room key 3 times. None of the amenities that they advertise are actually there. Also, if you pre-pay on Expedia, they will not honor that payment and they charge you regardless. There is nothing around the hotel and it is farther from the city than they advertise.

Trotz mehrfachem Kontakt keine Umbuchung des Termines möglich... mein Umbuchungswunsch wurde per Mail so lange ohne Gründe hinausgezögert bis der Tag abgelaufen ist und die Kosten einfach abgebucht wurden ohne Aufenthalt. Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus... sowas ist heutzutage absolut indiskutabel.
