Pretty and functional apartment, completely renovated, able to accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor of a building with lift, this apartment is an ideal solution for short business stays, leisure or for health tourism. Just 5 minutes on foot from the "Istria" stop of the new M5 lilac metro line with the "San Siro Stadio" terminus, from the accommodation you can reach the city center and the Niguarda and Bicocca districts by public transport.  
Modern and renovated 52 sqm apartment, composed of entrance, living room with dining area and double sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka. The bedroom has two single beds which can be joined into a double bed and wardrobe if required. Small balcony attached. Services with shower box. Additional services available to guests: WIFI, AC with split in the bedroom, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline.  
PLEASE NOTE: - All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. - For check-ins after the scheduled times, the following supplements are required: \* after 9.30 pm and up to 11 pm a supplement of 25 Euros is required \* after 11 pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 Euros \* is required midnight and until 1 a supplement of 40 Euro is required.
