Since their website indicates it's a 5 star hotel, expectations are immediately set very high, which can only lead to disappointments if the perception they create for themselves cannot be fulfilled. Unfortunately this is the first thing you realise when you enter the hotel. It's a nice hotel in a good neighbourhood, but definitely not 5 stars. Their website is full of things like chromo-therapy showers, gold elements, valet parking, etc., but in reality it's a very small hotel in a narrow street, with a jacuzzi. The 'chromoshower' is really nothing more than a normal shower with some green and red lights and the 'gold' elements are just the colour of the pillows that lie on the bed. That's it, comfortable and nice, but nothing special that would truly make this a 5-star hotel. It's 4 stars at a max. Having three people stand behind a small reception desk actually gives quite an unprofessional impression, especially when you expect to enter a 5-star hotel where everyone should have a specific task and everything should be highly organised. Also the elevator is VERY small; with luggage it becomes already too crowded for two people. Finally, wi-fi is not for free; they actually charge 10 Euros for 24 hours, because of the 'security' (!). My advise would be, if you really want to charge a ridiculous price for a decent wi-fi connection, just include it in the room price and don't ever mention this.
