Our stay was perfect! They had everything we needed from washer to small kitchen area equipped with microwave, fridge, stove, sink, etc. very close to the duomo and easy walking routes to main attractions. Would definitely stay here again the front desk staff were amazing!

This is a B&B which I wasn’t aware of. This means no house keeping the next day. I don’t recommend staying more than one night. There was a separate bedroom but unfortunately the bedroom door won’t close.There is no door latch which is strange Light goes through the bedroom and no privacy. The location is good.

The customer service is terrible I was locked outside the building at nighttime and no one answering the phone number I called multiple times and I used the messaging service they said they can’t do anything and call the Milan number. My code was not working and no one was helping me for an hour
