The hotel is nice, clean and well located. The bathroom is ok, but the shower door is so little. The room is comfortable and the staff are so helpful.

HORRIBLE PLACE... UNLESS YOI WANT TO BE BUG BAIT
It was hot and stuffy in the rooms... they say they have air conditioning but that isonly if the outaide outside temperature reaches a certain degree... its hotter inside the room than outside... there is more air flow outaide thaninside the rooms...the windows only open about 5 degrees and there are no screens to keep the bugs out therefore... prepare to be eaten bugs like i did... i woke up from the first night with over 10 bites... the next night i woke ip with another 10 bites... the heat from the room does not help with the itching... then to get into the shower you must go in sideways... if not you will fit... the opening is so tiny that it is hard to get in and out of the shower... and the day i left, there was some sort of bug on my bed.. might have beem a moth... but due to all the bites and everuthing it just got me paranoid that this place might even have bed bugs.. who knows... you would think they would provide fans in the rooms to circulate the air...

This Hotel Residence is an older style property and shows its age. On initial occupation the room had a stale smell which was cleared by opening the windows wide for the day. Apartment size was good with large rooms although cleanliness was moderate, hair was found in every room. Free Wi-Fi and parking although no security attached to either so be careful. Pricing was ridiculous due to Milan Design Week, the last 2 days of our 3 day stay the price doubled and then redoubled. Good position for walking to city or Metro just 200m away no issues although local area looks somewhat run down.

I was there for 10 days and just once they cleaned my room! Imagine one family with two children and with the room dirty !What kind of holidays....The train sations were not just my view ,but alarm clock as well😰The good thing was warm room all the time.And the train station just 5 min by walking.

My friend and i stayed here during summer. The hotel is 3mins from the station to all location. It seemed safe as we travelled in and out at night. The staff were welcoming and helpful, they were supportive during our stay. However, they rooms were a little unclean with dog hairs. On day two we found bed bugs in the bed which was horrible. Nothing was done about it by the staff even when we raised our complaint. For this reason I would not recommend staying here unless you want to take some little friends home with you. But for the price, maybe its fair.

Location is nice, close to the subway but there is noise from the train station. We had a one bedroom apt decent enough for the price paid. There are vending machines in the lobby, pretty basic stuff don't expect too much. No TV in the bedroom there is a TV set in the living room however. No kitchen appliances except a small fridge. Like is said pretty decent for the money not 5 star accommodations. Free parking was a big sell for us.

Good stay with a great location
This apartment is really big & spacious & very close to a train station so great location. Great shower. Apartment is getting a little knocked around wallwise soca little tired. Supplied tea & coffee but no kettle& supplied wine opener but no wine glasses (in fact only one glass), but these were the only minor negatives we had. Had a good stay

The room was so dirty. There were dead bugs smashed on the walls. It was in a weird and sketchy location by a train yard. My friend woke up covered in hives. Don't stay here! And Expedia, what were you thinking?!

The positive: A room near the Tram (that can bring you direct to city centre) & Metro. The Negative: very poor cleanliness- other guests hairs on the blanket, dirty floors, dirty walls. Water spill out from shower cabinet due to poor door closure. Overall: Will not recommend if you have better choice.

Very unsafe hotel!
This hotel is extremely unsafe and dirty. Very unprofessional and annoying having people walking through your bedroom trying to fix something in another room. Our suitcase was stolen on the hotel grounds and none of the cameras are working! The lady working the reception and manager were of no help and seemed very uncaring of the whole situation! Worst stay ever and do not recommend to anyone traveling there.

First of all Expedia chose this appartment as a replacement for one that they had overbooked us in. At first glance this didn't seem a problem but when we arrived we were in for a shock. The room itself was ok. Good bathroom, good beds. However the kitchen had just plates, oven and a fridge freezer. No baking trays, only 1 pot, no kettle, only two forks and two knifes. For me who was staying for 3 nights and planned to cook this was not sufficient enough. They need to re look at the hotel basic equipment and sort this out asap.

Initial impressions were favorable. The staff were friendly. The hotel and room were clean. The listing has A/C listed but they don't turn it on until May. If this is a city ordinance I understand but that was not listed anywhere on Expedia. It was fairly warm/hot and the room was always around 26 Celsius. We had to leave the windows open all night. That in and of itself would not be a big deal but there were a lot of mosquitos and we woke up each day with numerous bites. It made sleeping difficult and we did not feel rested at all each morning. Screens, normally an American thing, would have gone a long way to keep the mosquitos out. They did provide a plug in anti-mosquito device that did not work.

Ok, but would not book again
The staff was very friendly and the room was an excellent size. But, I felt the bathroom was dingy, I didn't want to walk on the floor barefoot, and the bed hadn't me thing all night and gave me a slight rash. Although I feel you get what you pay for, I would not stay again.

The apartment was okay, very basic and weirdly eclectic collection of kitchen items. Walls and ceilings appeared to be made of paper, kept awake by different guest noises every night. Location is in walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket as well as a metro station which is handy because you are a decent way away from the city centre so will rely on it.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. Close to Cenisio Metro Station and to restaurants. The room was good, not a 100% clean (maybe 98%), but good enough. The sofa bed was terrible. Mattress too thin and uncomfortable, it was better to sleep on the couch itself. The overall experience was good. Only comment about the competent but unfriendly staff: a staff sometimes won't kill anyone.

Its OK for the money and the metro is around the corner, the room was not that clean with fittings broken. It was big though comprising of a big living room, bedroom hall and small bathroom, looks like converted apartments, the shower was not a waterfall shower as advertised just a standard small cubicle with regular shower head. average I'd say. Plus point is the metro is around the corner about 5 minutes walk, bad point nearest supermarket is about 15-20 mins walk its a residential area there are not many restaurants or supermarkets.

my check-in was 3 pm and I finally got a room at 4:30 only after I had been up at the desk for the second time. I believe they gave my room to someone else because they told me which room would be mine once it was clean and I ended up in a different room. The process was very disorganized.
