A bit below average

Pros: Willy was nice, and that's about all.
Cons: Change misleading photo, offer food&drinks, add way to contact staff, have staff at front desk, add security, renovate, change mattresses, soundproof
Disappointed... Cover photo is misleading. No food or drink service; no amenities; no phone (so no way to contact hotel staff); and no laundry services. Aramis is very run-down and the rug must have recently been replaced because I almost passed out from the fumes every time I had to go into the hallway. Cleanliness is average. The location is average, but as a woman I would not feel comfortable going out of my room alone. The sleep quality was awful: the beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was very noisy; which made for terrible sightseeing in Milan (I was always tired and my back and hips always ached).

アパートタイプのホテルなので、いわゆるホテルサービスも雰囲気もありません。 手軽な料金で広めの部屋で家族3人快適に、街へのアクセスも良くかつ周辺でも十分楽しめる立地である事を条件に探したので、期待どおりでした。 あえて言うとシャワーブースが少し狭かった。位です。

A Reason to Return to Milan

Pros: See above.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: The location in the Navigli district was ideal for both sightseeing in central Milan and for dinner choices.
I have only good things to say about this stay - fruit basket, fresh flowers, complementary mineral water dispenser, immaculately clean room and bath, refrigerator stocked with various types of soda, microwave, complementary laundry, firm mattress and other things I cannot remember. On top of this, the owner was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and open to all questions asked. He went out of his way to make us welcome at his hotel and in his city. My wife and I stayed here twice over a week for a total of five days with a side trip between stays. If we are in the vicinity again, this is the place we will stay.
