Property is in a great location only a 10 min walk to the train station. Quiet and staff were friendly. Only down side was the shower was tiny and being tall it was hard to adjust.

Avoid
The hotel is 2 floors in a residential building with flats. Room doesn’t look like the pictures. Bathroom is old with pained tiles. There is no mini bar. We could hear our neighbour coughing as if he was in our room. Stuff was making a lot of noise in the morning making it impossible to rest. There are much better choices within this price range.

The room was accommodating for what I needed. Sure it got warm, but the AC unit in the room would get it nice and comfortable in just a couple minutes making it not even a hassle or problem. I wish I got the name of the man who was running for the few days I stayed there, but he was a pleasant person to talk to and I could listen to him talk about the history of Italy and Milan for hours on end if I could. Overall, for my first time out of country, this hotel was a good place for me to stay and the people behind the counter at all times were friendly.

Sehr nette betreuung beim check in.ich war vor Zeit da ,konnte Gepäck abgeben und es war dann direkt in meinem Zimmer.Sehr f reundlich und informative Einweisung.Alles war so wie ich es wollte und mir wünschte..zufrieden !

La camera era simile a un ripostiglio. Una branda sotto la finestra con spifferi nel collo e prese di corrente dietro alla testa. In compenso pulita e personale molto gentile. Materasso comodo..

Il prezzo non vale sicuramente la qualità della struttura. Abbiamo dormito una sola notte in una stanza a due letti (quelle matrimoniali erano esaurite) piuttosto piccola ed essenziale. Il bagno aveva alcuni asciugamani sporchi, piastrelle rovinate, porta della doccia scardinata, tavoletta del water instabile.

The location is good and staff friendly. The room was tiny and really old-fashioned. The ancient air conditioner didn’t really work properly.

What I didn’t like about this property is the attention of a lady We were fixing bags and we weren’t aware of clean up of the room, the girl knock the door and we told her we were still at the room so we finish making and weight our bags when this woman that is in charge of the breakfast kick the door as a maniac I open the door and start screaming at me, told her to calf down and she keeps, even when I went down she kept screaming like a maniac, not even my mother scream me as she did. She should take customer service classes, she has no maters

Buen hotel, algo lejos del centro.
La zona queda un poco lejos del centro, pero hay buena conexión de metro. El hotel cuenta con buena higiene, ascensor, te dan llaves para entrar y salir cuando se quiera. Nos han cobrado 4€ por día y persona, solo por visitar la ciudad de Milán.

Location is great The rooms where ok. Breakfast was not so good, you have to thick boxes on a template for what you want for breakfast then in the morning you received half of it

Buona sera. La sua richiesta di cancellazione è arrivata tardivamente e secondo le regole di cancellazione prevista da EXPEDIA, portale da lei scelto per effettuare la prenotazione, lei avrebbe dovuto pagare la penale prevista come richiesto giustamente dal nostro collaboratore. In sintesi lei non solo non si è mai presentato, non solo non ha mai pagato l'intero pernottamento ma non ha neanche pagato la penale. Ci chiediamo quindi come sia possibile per lei recensire la nostra struttura nonostante il disagio causato da lei. Ad ogni modo e nonostante tutto le auguriamo un buon e sereno 2022.
