I travel to Milan for work often and this is my favorite neighborhood hotel and really close to Linate in cases of those early morning flights. Across the street is a huge supermarket and around the corner your typical places to eat and shop. The staff is always friendly and prompt with service. They nake you feel right at home!

Great small hotel with all the amenities and newly redecorated rooms. Across from a supermarket so great if you need to replenish travel supplies or just need a bite to eat!

Hot and bothered
Room was too hot when I arrived. Tried to turn it down using the wall controls but they made no sense. After a fruitless 10 minutes I went down to reception (tried calling but didn’t connect) and they told me the temperature could only be changed centrally on their system and I should open the window while they sort it. Not ideal

The most annoying elevator system I have ever seen. Understand that you need your room key to go up to room floors, but needing a room key to go to lobby level causes nothing but troubles.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review, I was surprised to read your "strange" experience with our elevetors. Actually it works really simple: each guest uses its personal keycard to access to our lift. This is important becasuse the lift stops also outside, at the street entrance of the restaurant , an area opened to public. Who comes from outside could only access to the terrace. instead guests of the hotel use their card to move everywhere. In case of doubt, the lift on the right doesn't need to use any card. Next time you can choose the one you prefer. Hope to see you soon.

This hotel has a great staff who provide friendly service. Parking is free out back and the breakfast is very good. The hotel does not have air conditioning as we know it. Instead, the floors, walls and ceilings are chilled by water from a central control at the front desk. We were hot during our two night stay there. It is a great hotel that has been poorly engineered.

An excellent contemporary hotel with easy access into central Milan. The service was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast even for vegetarians like us was extensive and thoroughly enjoyable despite the absence of any sushi dishes as trailled on the website. If I'm being pedantic and really looking to provide feedback on potential improvements, the hotel could incorporate practicality (eg hanging hooks, wardrobes) into their fabulous room designs. Thanks everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and well-supported.

Overall It was a pleasant stay and I recommend!
Overall it was a pleasant stay! Loved the Zen style of the hotel. Rooms are great size, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a Plus! Parking free of charge in the vinicity was also a Plus! Reception Staff... hump... was ok but not a plus. Would definetly recomend this hotel despite the reception staff! Only downside was the aircon in one of the rooms that took a long while to cool down and check out at 11am which is earlier than most hotels. When I asked to extend check out time they were not very accomodating and refused and when I mentioned that most hotels check out time are by 12 they were like 12 is the limit, by 12noon they switched the eletricity of the room off which was not cool at all since not all rooms were ocupied and I believe to guarantee my request to 1pm check out was not big deal since many rooms were not occupied as I already mentioned and I had a 10pm international flight. At least They allowed me to keep my luggage until airline pick service picked me up earlier that evening. If their reception staff were well trained about customer satisfaction they would get a 10 rating despite the aircon issue.

Not a pleasant stay
One of the hotesl you should avoid in the summer. Air conditioning in the room is useless and the reception and the lifts are also not A/Ced. No sign of a number to call the reception in the room. If you need anything, you need to call the hotel using your roming phone or we need to take sauna-like lifts to go down the reception.

Very nice and stylish hotel, 3 min walking from the Udine station. Breakfast was ok (I wish the staff was a bit friendlier at the breakfast). We had a minor issue with the heating in the room - I woke up because it was boiling inside the room and the temperature was just increasing every 10 minutes and would definitely reach 30 degrees (we had no control over it whatsoever), but called the reception at night and the issue was fixed in a minute

Winter weekend
Hotel is first class. Clean, modern and comfortable. A little bit out from the centre but only 5 minutes walk away from the underground which gives you easy access to the rest of the cty. Breakfast was good with location of restaurant on top floor with a terrace a bonus. Excellent value for money.

NU Hotel was amazing, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly! Their location is very near to metro station and it has a parking lot! Highly recommended for people with rented vehicles! We love their huge bath tubs! I'm 1.85m and it's hard to find a bathtub suitable for me! However, do note that their air conditioning is not adjustable as they are using natural environment cooling. Therefore, it may get warm in Summer.

Choose this hotel because they had on site parking. One block walk to the Metro station to take the subway into down town. Not much in the way of restaurants with walking distance from the hotel. Did not care for the hotels restaurant menu.

Cool Hotel ideal for late check in
The place is obviously made to be different. But here different is cool. A bar open longer than normal to have a few beer is rally close by and a place with Italian Street Food after midnight just 4 minutes to walk. Linate Airport is also pretty close. Got there by coincidence but if in the region will go back for sure

Very close to metro station, very easy and quick checkin. the relax room is very nice and clean with a big bathtube. The bath foam product smells just amazing :-) I like the electric curtains which gives total black out at noght and a great deal of light when open!
