Hotel is located at south enttance of mulano fiera whoch makes it super convinient if attending. A 10 minite walk for metro and yrain syation whoch connects you to milan and both airports.

The hotel itself is lovely and very convenient for the exhibition halls. The exceptionally poor customer service by Paolo in the restaurant was the one thing that reduced made my overall ranking of the hotel. On two of our three evenings he created problems when trying to book a table in the restaurant culminating in him saying there was not one additional chair available in the entire hotel to enable a friend to join us for dinner, even though the restaurant was never full. He also created problems when our party of 18 tried to pay the bill. At a 4* hotel I would expect a member of staff who was front of house to have exemplar customer service which was not evident at any stage from this particular member of staff.

Dear Emma,Thanks to have share your experience with us.We really appreciate your compliments to our hotel and the special location for all the events on Rho FieraMilano.Regarding your experience in our restaurant, please let me complete you the story.Your reservation for the last night was initial for 12 people and you became 19 just at your arrival at the restaurant. We takes the last seat and tables available and we gave the possibilities to do that.After 30 minutes another group came to the restaurant and ask us to add two place, but as we use the last tables available for your request, we cannot satisfy the request and they moved out.As Paolo explain to all the other people at your table, meanwhile we have a big banquet on the second floor, and as you can saw, after other 30 minutes all the seats at the restaurant were takes.So, sorry if you felt rude the service of Paolo, but to guaranteed the place already booked from all the other guests he satisfy you till he can physically do (so from 12 to 19 people).Regarding the payment, as Paolo explain to you and the other Italian people with you, there was no problem to dived for all the people the bill. The system dived automatically for the people you indicated. So, following our system, we hade to make each payment separately and we proceed to do that. You make some complaint just for the 34 cents per person that was mathematically done by the system. We try to be flexible as possible, but in this case the system doesn't support us.I hope and people reading this review can understand that we guaranteed the maximum experience we can do to all our guest.Thanks once again to have give us the possibilites to explain the situation
