- slow wifi (cant make a call through app) - aircon not working on a summer. Very hot - breakfast is ok - shower is bathtub- hard to get in and out

This was an excellent hotel, sadly the building has not been looked after. The staff do their best, but they can only do so much in the face of an obvious lack of interest in investing by the owners. The lifts were noisy and they don't all serve all floors. The rooms are secondary quadruple glazed, so it is very quite. The top floor swimming pool is a great idea, though 3/4 of the lights didn't work.

Great staff. Pity about the location & room design
Let me start by saying that the staff are absolutely brilliant. Couldn't be more helpful. I had a couple of minor issues while I was there and they were understanding, helpful and efficient. Sadly there is a but. I was there for an exhibition at Rho Fierra. And yes there is a Shuttle, but you have to book it a day or so in advance which is fine but not very convenient. Public transport is too far away (more shuttle rides) so you would be reliant on taxis which are not easily obtainable in that area. The rooms (I was in two) of them are visually appealing but a chair mounted on a stand with four metal sprigs next to the bed is not great when you visit the bathroom at 3.00am (stubbed toes!). The shower is clumsy and there is nowhere to put your suitcase. I sometimes wonder if the people who design these rooms ever stay in them. And sadly the breakfast, maybe because of Covid, was not what I was expecting - very disappointing compared with previous Italian breakfasts I have enjoyed in the past.

Room are ok the location is a bit out of the way. Parking is charged which is not clear when booking but the staff are friendly.

The room was big and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good, with prompt, friendly service from the waiter. Excellent receptionist. Check-in / check-out smooth and easy. A little out of the way, but ok if you have your own transport.

Milan experience
Food was delicious, room was very comfortable. The spa was lovely and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and the shuttle bus is an excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

Over all experience was good
Staff was friendly and helpfull. Beds and our room was comfortable, but bathroom seems to have some kind of moisture damage on the floor caused by shower. Spa was a nice plus although would need some updating. Food was good!

Be Aware
Hotel is on the middle of nowhere, not a situated in a good neighborhood. Building it self it’s old the rooms have been a bit updated yet it remains below typical standards for what your paying. Also be aware it’s nowhere near any public transport, if you Have a car they will charge for to park it 20 euros per day. The WiFi sucks as it’s restricted, and be aware if you have a early check out meaning you have booked for more days than what you actually want to end up staying they will not refund you or change your reservation I lost 500 euros because I changed hotels after my first night there. But whatever the place was not great it was on the middle of nowhere I was not going to stay there.

Great if you are visiting the Rho Fiera
Average food - overpriced for quality Great customer service provided by reception staff Waiting staff need to realise some of the clientele can understand them. Their comments and behaviour towards some of my fellow diners left a lot to be desired SPA Times restricted & no one available to show you around - disappointing especially as we were looking forward to using it. Don’t understand why pool was not 24/7 as the gym Free shuttle is a great asset otherwise you would be stuck to get anywhere without a taxi as there is nothing in the local area.

The location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient and the view is horrible. It is situated on the outskirts of Milan near an old motorway/construction area. The room was cold, mattress hard and sheets didn’t seem fresh and clean( ended up sleeping with my personal blanket). The shower was absolutely disgusting, unkept and dripping. The hallway wasn’t well lit and didn’t feel safe. Bar was okay, will not be returning

Definitely don’t enjoy my stay Rooms are based like apartments. No hand wash no soap no body cream Staffs are not welcoming Very bad smell in the toilet wasn’t Pleasant at all. Overall this has been my worst experience and will definitely not book there again.

Lovely hotel
Was a bit concerned about the location of this hotel but the reception immediately put us at ease by advising us of the shuttle car available to the tube station. From there you can travel easily to anywhere in Milan for a 4.50 euro day ticket. Staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions you may have. The rooms were clean and sizeable with good facilities. Any requests made for additional pillows etc was dealt with quickly. The lovely pool are well tended, and a lovely place to relax after a long hot day sightseeing. We also booked a massage which was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was to a very good standard and the buffet breakfast has everything anybody would want.

Nice hotel, but not the best location
We spend two nights there, hotel staff was helpful. We were not impressed with service at the bar...you can wait ages to get glass of vine...Although Reception team was always friendly and smiley. They do have a shuttle which takes to metro station, but they not always on time, once we booked it we had to wait more than an hour next to the station until he arrived...They do offer SPA facilities, but they not the best ones... Room wasn't too clean, was a bit dusty everywhere, i dropped accidentally my black dress on the floor and it's gone grey one side, because of the dust on the floor.

In the middle of nowhere
Very disappointed with this hotel looked good but that's as it got went downhill from then. Retardant was the worst food I had in Italy. The room had the worst smell coming from the drainage and took days to sort out. They started doing maintenance work in the pool area wile we were in the pool this included smashing up part of the floor of which bits were flying in the pool no notification of works. The staff had a very poor attitude when I complained worst hotel experience EVER !!!

Nice hotel, hassle to find restaurants
The hotel itself is very lovely, the rooms are nice alongside the bathrooms, besides the fact that the toilet roll holder was loose, nevertheless it was good. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel provides a free shuttle service two and from the hotel to the nearest station that takes you straight to central Milan. In the evening though it's a bit difficult to find restaurants near the hotel itself, unless you have a car or are staying out until late in central it's not a problem, however it can be an issue. Although the hotel does have the restaurant open during the evening, it's slightly pricey and isn't something I'd like to eat every night.
