We stayed 3 days in a corner located junior-suite room of your hotel.
3 AM in the morning, all of the sudden, the window got broken because
of strong wind. We had no idea if there was any window structure issue
at this moment, but we heard from the repairing staff that it was caused
by lacking of the widow lock installment, which simply happened because
someone just forgot to install it. The repairing time was only 3 minutes.
Until our room's window has been repaired, we had to move to a small room
and spend the night there.
There was no compensation made by your front staff to adjust the accommodation
fee next day. Not only that, there was no words of apologies made by them next
Now we really understand that designers’ hotels can only pay attention to their
look but cannot fully pay attention to levels of employees' training at all.
Our first night in Dusseldorf was really a nightmare.
