This hotel is a gem. Conveniently located near the Duomo, La Scala theater and shopping district, all are an easy walk. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating.

Great hotel. Good service. Convenient location. Great rooftop with amazing views and breakfast is very good quality. My only negative comment would be that the Suite Duplex SL has 2 stories. The upper story which is the bedroom is very hot/warm. No ventilation. Not sure if all suites are like that but Suite 104 San Carlo is. We had to request air conditoning to be put at 16 at front desk. Results freezing downstairs and now more comfortable upstairs.

Really lovely property. I had a single room and it was a decent size. Great location. Breakfast was fine - loved the live music during it. Staff were brilliant. There were some building works going on whilst I was there but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience

I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've had at any hotel. If you are looking for a boutique and unique experience, this is the place. Location is fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Any time I will go to Milano, this will be my place to go. Highly recommend it.

We stayed in a duplex suite, overall stay was fine, but i wouldn't book it if i knew how inconvenient both of the bathrooms were. The main bathroom downstairs has no shower, but only bathtub which was very hard to get in and out, its actually might be dangerous for older people, you can injure yourself. The second bathroom upstairs is so tiny, you can hardly move in the shower. Also we had an issue with the hot water, after 2 people showered, the third person showered with warm, almost cold water.

The hotel is very centrally located. Easy walking to the Cathedral Square. It is about a 10 minute brisk walk. Lots of dining options around. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The bathrooms are Morden and well equipped as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was very fast and easy. Recommend staying here.
