We suspected the hotel has BED BUGS!!!!! Nothing we like this hotel!!! Poor service, bad conditions and facilities. For the money we paid can get better hotel. The worst thing is we suspected the hotel has BED BUGS!!!!!!!! Four of us all got bits, we thought they were mosquitoes bites. After we came home from Milan last night, we showed the bites to my mom who had experienced bed bug bites, she said most likely they are bed bugs bites. I search online and found the bites are very similar to the bed bugs bites - the bites are in a line or in a group, the symptoms are very similar to the bed bugs bites!

After the refund was refused by expedia now you write a review full of lies, you stayed in the hotel 5 days if in all this period you got bites by bed bugs you finish in hospital, you made no complain at reception about this information to let us check if it's true or not, we also had no complain before and after your check-out from other guests, also you forgot to mention that you broked the shower, lied us there's no blanket in the rooms and refused to let us inside the room to check it.We do regular desinfestation in all rooms and we have always regular check by authorities, if you need a discount is enought to ask no need to tell lies to client assistance to have some refund.

It met the needs of my family. A budget hotel near the center of Milan. Hotel is on the 4th floor, and the elevator can only carry 2 people at a time, so it was a bit of an inconvenience walking up and down 4 floors of stairs every time we went out. There was also a bit of a problem in the bathroom. Every time you flush the toilet, water comes out through the drainage of the shower floor. And there are times when there is a bad smell coming from the bathroom....

Affordable. No soap, shampoo, etc. provided. Linens small for the bed. More of a dorm room feel. Clean room and friendly, available staff a plus.

It has all the basics- bed, bathroom, wifi. You get what you pay for. The room was good for a place to sleep. It was pretty clean, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The walls are very thin so you can hear other guests. Check-in and check-out was fine, very easy.

Staff were rude and not friendly. They turned off the air conditioner at night saying that it was broken. However, it was clear that they were only turning out for short periods during the day for cost savings. We stayed in July and it was very hot, so our nights were not comfortable at all. Opening the window would help a little but then the street noise was a problem. We wouldn't stay at this place in the future.

It's not Hotel it's lodge dont recomnad to the family because toilet not attached, bathroom for bath is too small. Not suggesting for middle class. It's for budget people.

If you want a cheap hotel that is fairly central in Milan it is ok. It is in an old building and the hotel decor etc is dated too. It was clean and the staff were nice. I probably would book something better next time but we had to get this at short notice and because of the World Food Expo accomodation in Milan was tight. As it was only for one night we didn't want to pay a lot. You get what you pay for so I couldn't complain.

We arrived early and were unable to check in but could leave or bags. We returned at 1 for check in and went to our room #5. We walked in and the room and it was hot and stuffy. They provided us a fan but that did not help. We luckily had a toilet as other rooms did not. The television did not work, the wall plugs did not work and if they did were broken therefore your connection was easily broken. Wifi only worked by front entry. Aka sucked. The cleaning lady came in and did not replenish our towels or make or beds, but we knew she came because she folded our bath towel on the floor and turned off our fan and broke the sliding bathroom door. The front desk staff was rude and less than helpful. He would not allow anyone to fill their water bottles. A Plus was a one stall toilet and double public shower Also it's on the 4th floor and the elevator fits two people. Aka avoid this hotel at all costs. There's better places out therefor the 145€ a night we paid If I could give this a -3 * I would

Good value for money.
Four of us stayed in one room so it was relatively private. There was a bathroom with shower across the hall that we shared with other occupants, but we hardly saw anybody else there besides the cleaning staff and front desk, so we basically had our own bathroom, which was clean and functional. The elevator is extremely small and "quite terrifying," according to one person in our party, but also a source of great amusement.

The street noises went on all nite and no matter how much we tried this we could not manage. The mattresses were hard. You could actually feel the springs. The continental breakfast was not worth the 4 euros and we had to eat the breakfast in our rooms. For the money, in the states you could have stayed in a Holiday Inn. This certainly was not that.

Stayed in a room with 4 beds. There is no lock in the toilet and the toilet door cannot close fully. The hotel location was about 20min walk from the nearest train station. Other than these, the hotel was comfortable.

Reasonable priced
The hotel itself is reasonably priced but dont be fooled by the pictures. The hotel itself is inside the grand entrance - as in the pictures - on the 4th floor. The lift to the 4th floor is only big enough for one person and very ancient! Staff are on hand and helpful to some extent although dont expect too much from them! Generally great place to stay, reasonable standard and location although not totally satisfied with the description received.

Hotel staff pleasant, particularly an elderly man in the evening. Hotel is very simple but an excellent value for the price, location and room. Easly acessible from subway. Three stops from Duomo. Just a few blocks. Restaurant across the street and supermarket on same street. One block away. Request room with private bath.

Brasil - DO NOT STAY HERE
We reserved a quad room. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready so a rude older man put us in 2 separate rooms. When checking out, the rude reception girl told us that our reservation (which wasn't nor were we notified of such) and said we had to pay for the 2 separate rooms. They are very unprofessional and obviously do not know the meaning of service and hospitality. Also, ghetto elevator that barely holds 2 people on the fourth floor of some random office and housing building. 15 min. walk from nearest subway station. Not near anything. DO NOT STAY HERE.

up on the fourth floor, very cute & safe. on a good street with restaurants right across the street. grocery store is only one block away. easy to get here by train. must pay for internet. they will store bags for the day is you ask. very nice & accommodating.

Chequei no hotel e a reserva estava cancelada devido a falta de pagamento, sendo que segundo o hoteis.com eu deveria fazer o pagamento diretamente no hotel. Tivemos que passar uma noite em um quarto interior ate abrir vaga.

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA - CUIDADO
Na verdade nem nos hospedamos, pois o HOTEIS.COM cancelou nossa reserva justificando "problemas na aprovação do cartão de crédito". Fiz contato com a operadora do cartão e disse que estava tudo ok, não tinha motivação alguma para justificar o cancelamento, que foi feito pela operadora do site, e não por eles. Mas no final, achei que foi obra do meu Anjo da Guarda. Ao chegarmos às 21h no "hotel brasil", vimos que era um lugar horrível... prédio sinistro, elevador pior ainda, e a recepção não é nada do que estão nas fotos. Deveria ser denunciado por falsidade ideológica. Na verdade, não tem recepcionista que fale português (como anunciado no site) e a moça que nos atendeu disse que tentou fazer contato até 18h e como estávamos em trânsito, não conseguiu e por isto cancelaram nossa reserva. Ela até foi bem prestativa, pois nos ajudou a encontrar outro hotel (pouco melhor que este) onde pudemos pagar pelo mesmo valor pelas 3 diárias. Imagino, pelo que pudemos ver do prédio, elevador e recepção, como seria o quarto... lugar escuro, sujo e aparentemente pouco seguro para 3 mulheres sozinhas. Então, na verdade, não temos boas avaliações do lugar, só mesmo agradecer ao nosso Anjo da Guarda por ter feito que nós trocássemos de hotel, mesmo sem nossa vontade consciente....

Good location, Metro stations few minutes walking. Hotel reception is in 4th floor, it has a small elevator where luggage and people are limited to get in at the same time. So, be prepared to upstairs step by step.

В общем это 1* ,кроме туристического сбора в отеле дополнительно берут по 5 евро с человека за пользование постелью в сутки,но,не меняя её,чистота на 3-,находится на 4этаже,в лифте ездить страшно, даже непревередливым не рекомендую
