Bring your own iron !
Nice hotel but fell down on the basics - no iron/ ironing board available even on request and no laundry/pressing service. Very poor for a 4* hotel not to have this facility - so not suitable for business travel unless you want to turn up to your meetings in creased clothes. When I rang reception to discuss they advised in the morning I go to the shopping mall opposite and take my clothes to be pressed !!!!

주변에 엄청나게 큰 까르프가 있어서 마트 쇼핑에 있어서 너무 마음에 들어요. 중심가와의 접근성도 좋습니다.

Clean pleasant hotel
The rooms are nice and clean ideal for use as a base but no te/coffee making facilities in room, for a big hotel with dining room and bar the bar was seldom open even in the evenings when we had been out for the day and just wanted a relaxing drink before going to our room bar wasn't open, during the day very reluctant to make you a tea or coffee so you can sit and relax. Breakfast was fine basic but edible we were here for five days and saw nobody eating in the restaurant not sure why this is. The hotel is in a nice area with eating places around it this was our second visit to the hotel but we felt last years visit the hotel were much more accommodating was disappointing as I took my dad for a special birthday and it just wasn't the same.

Good value for money. The hotel is part of shopping area (mostly food and cinema), so it was easy to eat there. 3 minutes from the Metro (subway), however you need to byu ticket for 2.5 EURO (one statiton out ouf downtown area).

Amusing hotel with weird man hanging around
The room window faced another wall so there was never any natural light coming in. Room lighting was very dim in general. The mattress was the roughest I have ever slept on and I have slept in many hotel rooms. The shower was very narrow so won't fit any above average people (not welcome?) and leaked outside from the corner. The breakfast was limited and below average for a 3 star hotel and things did not get replenished. Breakfast staff start removing chairs half an hour before breakfast ends at 10am which was very inconsiderate and rude, but it wasn't the rudest I've witnessed from them as they seem to be taught to be rude or dismissive (must be in the wrong job) or maybe they thought they were working in an Italian governmental position or that they weren't going to get paid. The room had no WiFi signal and staff refused to acknowledge that this is a problem or remove it from the room description as it is a form of mis-selling. Reception staff were also absent and found by the bar when there was a football game on during my stay so anyone could've slipped in and stole anything. Oh and my favourite is the old overweight man dressed casual who kept trying to look at our passports/walk around and seemed to be very weird, hanging around with no purpose

Nice Modern Hotel in Quiet Area
Right next to Metro Station. Takes about 20 mins to central Milan. 2.50 Euros to city centre. Buy tickets from cafe next to Metro but be careful as the cafe is closed on a Saturday and Sunday. You can buy tickets from the machines inside the station but they are tricky to use or out of order. Plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour in the vicinity. Typical European breakfast with plenty of fruit and veg. Fresh orange juice available. Custard, apricot and chocolate croissants are amazing. The wifi is a good speed. The room safe is the size of an iPad. The staff are polite and patient. Their English could be a lot better. I would suggest umbrellas for borrowing for residents as it rains in style. There is no gym. In Milan in general, you only need three nights maximum. Avoid the red Sight seeing City Tour Buses in the city as there is not much to see and you wait hours for the next bus, the staff staff are very over-reactive, unhelpful and rude. It is realy disorganised and expensive. Just go around by foot or Metro and enjoy the architecture.

Nice hotel a bit out of town.
Room was fantastic Food was the same everyday Hotel was a bit out of the way. A shuttle to the metro or direct link would be great. I guess it's a business hotel and all city based hotels were booked...so it was a last option. Nonetheless the room was great so no complaints. Next time I visit Milan I will stay in the city centre for convenience and also save on cabs.

Great hotel in less than stellar location
The room itself was excellent with all the amenities. It was also a great price for a 4 star hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet wonderful. Only complaint was the location, in a commercial centre on the outskirts of Milan, and getting to the entrance of the hotel.You had to go through the parking garage which seemed to be closed (you had to press a buzzer for someone on the other end to open the gate) and the markings on the inside were not helpful for foreign travellers. I.e. getting both in and out turned out to be a chore.

My sister and I arrived late and had not eaten dinner. The wait staff and the chef accommodated a late request and made some amazing pasta with clams. Breakfast was included but what was most appreciated was the live string concert/solo during breakfast. Bravo!

Everything was good, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was nice and clean. Free wi-fi, wide bed, slippers and even intimate hygiene soap. If you watch tv in a hotel be aware that there are only 2 channels in English, the rest are in Italian. Good choice at the breakfast: eggs, bacon, salad, tomatoes, cheese, pastries and fresh orange juice that you can make yourself. Perfect location: few minutes walk to metro station, ticket U+ cost 2.50 and in 10 minutes you're in the city center; close to the highway; a lot of bars and restaurants nearby.

Very close for anyone visiting mediolanum forum. Overall hotel excellent only downside would be the key card stopped working and couldnt get into room but staff were helpful

Trip to Milan
Overall - This hotel is very modern, clean and very welcoming. Access - Easy access to metro within 5 minutes walk. But reaching Milan centre takes around 20minutes. Nearby restaurants - Good restaurants just outside the hotel. Within few minutes you can reach the shopping centre as well. Breakfast - Good and the quality of the items was nice. Fruit salad was amazing. Others - the staff was very friendly. secured parking was free. wifi was expensive. Room could have been bit large for a 4star but the beds were comfortable and clean. There is a nice cinema centre just outside the hotel which is good. Overall i would recomend this hotel for a pleasant stay!
