Terrible, Danger, Dirty, and Scary
First sight, in front of Hotel, laying a line of homeless, asking for changes or something, follows you to the hotel door. As soon you walked into the hotel, it's hostel feeling, for sure the cheap, smelly, dirty, old, terrible environment. The moment you got the room key, physical actual key, you would have to think to leave. When you walk into the room, OMG, the carpet is dirtier than outside, everything is worse than a hostel in other country, the toilet is broken, and they call it 4 stars? Immediately called front desk, and got response as it's normal in Italy, it's Italian style. Struggled for 6 hours to deal with front desk, they refused to do anything, due to the reason of it seems clean, fashion, stylish, luxury, and those homeless people were the Urban characteristics in Italy??????????

Although dated, the hotel is locates a few steps away from the Milan Duomo and the Vittorio Emmanuel shopping area.

Great location, horrible facility
Well located near Duomo and shopping, but the hotel is old and poorly maintained. when turned on faucet, water was brown. AC barely worked and it wasn't that hot. see pics of room.

Friendly staff, 100 yards from underground parking. Perfect location for all the main tourist sites (5 min to Duomo). Rooms a little aged but clean and tidy.

Great location, lovely bathroom, really spacious. The electric shutter blinders was a nice addition. Main gripe for me was the fact that the air con was taped over above the door. The air con by the window was not working well so at night it was really hot. The room itself is in need of a refurbishment, I can appreciate the style but it’s really dated.

Great Location For Duomo
Hotel location is great, 5 minute walk to Duomo. The hotel is old fashioned but sparkling clean and very comfortable. There was no fault in the hotel at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and wants to be close the Duomo. The breakfast was good also, please note that you will have to stand at the counter to be served. There isn’t table service as you need to choose what you want from the buffet. Staff in the restaurant was great. Overall, I would stay here again. The price for the location is amazing.

Ac wasn’t working and all was dated….it was so old that some parts were falling off specially on the bathroom counter. One sink was clogged as well.They need to invest more money on maintenance. Pro: really outstanding location and staff!!!

While the property itself is in need of renovation, the staff was absolutely AMAZING. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. Property is in need of renovation or at the very least, window nets from mosquitos

The one good thing about the hotel was the proximity to Duomo and Galeria. It was an outdated, overheated and terribly noisy place since we could not turn off the heat we had to open windows, and were repeatedly disturbed throughout the night by loud garbage trucks, street sweeper and construction. If you value your sleep stay somewhere else. The rooms were large so if the hotel invested un updating it could have potential. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is well within walking distance of the key attractions in Milan Zone 1 from the Duomo di Milano (7 mins walk) to the Castello Sforzesco (20 mins at an easy pace) and everything inbetween. The room was tired (peeling wallpaper, faded green/brown colours) and dated but it was spotlessly clean and reflected a bygone era with some quaint features like a tv/radio control built into a wall panel - which didn't work but looked interesting. The restaurant had been refurbished since the 1970s and the breakfast was very nice if a little limited in terms of choice.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is spot on so central and just 10 minutes from the Dumo area. Yes the hotel has seen better days but it’s clean and well kept and has everything you need and I quite like the ‘vintage ‘ style of hotel in Europe when I am on a short city break . Breakfast had a good selection only negative was the way it was served, you had to point to what you be wanted , which to be fair made more work for the staff. This could have been something from Covid perhaps. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

We had a nice stay, the location is fantastic, the room is big and while the decor is retro, the bathroom tiles were chopped as was the tub. Whole room needs updating regardless the style.

Only positive of this place is the location
I feel bad leaving a bad review about the staff because about half of our interactions were good and staff was friendly and helpful, but the other half was completely terrible. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff members that salvaged the experience from the unkind and unhelpful staff we were greeted by.
