Impossible to be in the kitchen. Couch in kitchen also dirty. It said sleeps 6 but one bed was a small futon and really sleeps 5\. We were very uncomfortable. Bed condition is poor. Double bed was so squeaky that the noise kept waking me and my partner up all night. Other than that, it was ok. Place was very spacious, shower water pressure was good. I didn't need A/C so can't comment on that.
