We are located in the Paolo Sarpi neighborhood, our city's Chinatown, which underwent an urban redevelopment project in 2010, making it more elegant. The apartment comprises of: \- Kitchen: open-plan kitche equipped with a double sofa bed, a fridge/freezer, a stove, and a dining table that can accommodate up to four people. \- Bedroom: furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and coffee table with ottoman. \- Bathroom: windowless, equipped with toilet, shower, sink, and bidet. Amenities included: WIFI internet, heating, and air conditioning with heat pump. Please note that the property does NOT have any reception service; check-in time must always be arranged directly with the property, and in any case, no earlier than 3:00 PM and no later than 9:00 PM. The check-in is self-mode with a key box, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code we will provide you on the day of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: OUR TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE WILL BE GUARANTEED UNTIL 9 PM. IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE STRUCTURE BEYOND THIS TIME. HOWEVER, OUR CONTACT DETAILS WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AND WE WILL THEREFORE BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE UNTIL 9 AM THE FOLLOWING DAY.
