The service at the hotel was amazing; the front desk staff were helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the restaurant, as it was closed on the night of our stay. However, from the photos I’ve seen online, the food looks really fancy and tasty. The room itself was clean and decorated nicely. Amenities in the room were standard; instant coffee, kettle, soap, towels, hairdryer, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and we were able to adjust the AC so the room was cool and fresh. The courtyard area at the hotel was SO LOVELY, I seriously can’t gush enough about how much I enjoyed it! Lots of outdoor furniture to hang out on, nice art features, vending/coffee machines, and the little koi pond (my favourite part 💕) All in all, everything related to the hotel & its property was satisfactory; the local area, though… not so much. I don’t know if it was just the day that we happened to stay, but the streets outside the hotel grounds were absolutely swimming in pee! Dog pee and otherwise, it soaked every wall and sidewalk within a 5km radius to the hotel. The hotel sits along a pretty busy road that is well connected to public transit, but it is still JUST far enough away from the city center that getting downtown is inconvenient without a car (or hours to spend taking public transit). There are a few nice spots to eat nearby, but other than that, there isn’t much in the way of shopping/entertainment in the area. Still enjoyed our stay! Thanks

Great Value and much nicer than the neighborhood
This hotel is great value. Tram and bus both get you within the center of Milan in about a half hour. The rooms were clean, if a bit dated, and all climate controlled. The patio is also really nice and gives an air of luxury to the place. The main minus we had was that they ran out of shower towels and could not provide another one.

Ok hote,l got agood location for tram number 2 to the metro. Staff helpfull and food ok. Worth the money anyway. Trams 2 euro 3 zones can use on buses as well.

Not what I expected from a 4-star hotel
Amazing staff, incredible restaurant, but don't get fooled by the snazzy reception - the rooms seem to have been left in the 90s... Old furniture, not great beds, poor workmanship in various spots... Just honestly felt like a 2-star at best. And what's with the tablecloth-like face towels?! Horrible! Definitely won't be returning unless a huge renovation is done.

Stayed for two nights, on business. Positive things: nice restaurant, nice service at the reception, clean room. Negative things: Wi-Fi wasn't very stable, air conditioner in the room is terribly noisy, only a half-transparent curtain on the window, there were only two hangers in the wardrobe - had to ask for two more at the reception, no iron+ironing board in the room.

The property was located half an hour from Milano Centrale train station. We had to take a trolley just to get to the metro in order to get to the city of Milan. The property itself is located in an area that is not the greatest. My fiancé and I did not feel comfortable walking home at night. We decided to check out early and change hotels to something closer to the city. When I told the staff at the front desk we were checking out early they were extremely rude. They did not ask why we were checking out early, if everything was okay or how they could fix it. Instead I was told give me the key back in a rude manner. Next they asked me for the city tax. When I only had US dollars the lady at the front desk laughed at me. I charged the city tax on my credit and left. Super unprofessional and rude. The property is comparable to a motel 6 in the United States.

Was a beautiful layout, great places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Near to bus and easy to get into the city. From car park, reception is very far away possibly hard to find

The first night we got attack by a sworn of mosquitos...we did not sleep well the first night due to trying to kill the mosquitos. we ask to turn to AC but they did not do it because it was not the season to have AC. We managed to turn the heat to just keep the mosquitos out of the room. The breakfast was great, good location to catch the tram to the area of interest.

Just what we needed, a good service hotel
We wanted to be close to Navigli as well as having access to the transport network. The rooms were clean, reasonable bathroom and good amenities. Check in was quick and friendly, the breakfast had plenty of options and the food in the restaurant at lunch was very good. Milan Duomo on the tram 2 was 25 minutes as the Terminus was a few minutes away. Navigli where we hung out was 10 minutes. The area was fine and walkable. All in all a good stay, but no air conditioning which made the rooms a bit stuffy. I would stay again.

Not Convenient to Airport & No Room Service
This was our very last stop before flying back to America the following day. We did not realize when we booked this room that it was a 50 minute (100 euros) taxi ride to the airport. Also, we were looking forward to being pampered on the last night of our vacation; however, there was no room service available. The room itself & the hotel itself were cute, comfortable & cozy, but there were no snacks in the room & I strongly desired a hot meal & a glass of wine, neither of which was available at the hotel. We were too tired to walk anywhere nearby. On the positive side, there was a complimentary breakfast available the following morning that was delicious & offered tons of different options, including both traditional Italian breakfast items & traditional American breakfast items. I had the only American style black coffee here of our entire trip.

A surprising gem just where I needed it
It's a really nice hotel, very clean, very friendly. Why not perfect score? The bed to me was very hard. A little less than the usual amenities (only soap/shampoo and a shoe cleaning sponge, no lotion or conditioner.) Fine for one night. Breakfast rooms really nice, with decent choice. A bit heavy on the sweet side - lots of jams, fruit, fruit in syrup, cakes. But they do have eggs, ham and some cheese available. Jazz music playing in the breakfast room, nice ambience, nice decor. When I was there, there had just been a big rainstorm, so maybe timing was not so good, but when I wanted to walk in the garden a bit, there were staff cleaning, and tons of leaves all over the grounds. I think the grounds and fountain are nice, but not with the cleaning going on. But as I said, there had just been a heavy rainstorm, so could have been more damage from that than usual. I had business at the bank and found the hotel three blocks away from the bank, so for me it was perfect. Otherwise, for a tourist, I would stay closer to the center, but it depends what you want to do. Tram and buses are right there and it's easy to connect to just about anywhere. They do promote their free movie and great TV set-up, but since my flight came in very light, I just slept so I didn't check out anything else.

Picture is not indicative of room. With the unique layout of the rooms, the restaurant and the courtyard this place could be spectacular with some attention to the rooms, well our room anyway. When asked about the check-in I had a question and did not receive a reply to it. So feedback must not mean much to the hotel.

Lovely hotel
I went over the Christmas break, it was very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Definitely would recommend.

Me and my husband drive from Germany to Milan and he never liked driving in city so this hotel is great for us and there is tram really close by (also our stop is the last stop) which made it super easy to go into the city part. We had breakfast included in our deal which is great cuz we didn’t really see breakfast places near by in walking distance.

Nice and quiet. Great bufet breakfast and awesome courtyards. The hotel is built in the traditional Lombardia architectural farm style with naked briks. Parking is easy and the front desk is open 24 hours. It is located in front of the historic canal built by Leonardo. Convenient for visiting Milan downtown. It is a 30 minutes ride on tram line 2 that has its terminus one block from the hotel.

A Nice Hotel a bit far out of town
Hotel had very nice courtyard gardens, lovely to sit out in after your meal.Great space for taking wedding photos. All bedrooms were wheelchair accessible. Good clean spacious rooms, linen changed every second day. Helpful and friendly staff. Tram terminus just down the block, get tickets in local paper shop at tram stop, brings you right into centre of Milan. situated on the side of a Canal , where the rowing clubs train in the evening. Breakfast has a good variety of options, and if the weather is right you can sit out in another courtyard garden. If we ever go back to Milan, we would certainly go back Ca Bianca Hotel del Corte Naviglio. A stress free space with room to breath.

20-30 minutes from central Milan on the tram.
If the hotel was billed as 3* then my overall rating would higher. It's a nice enough hotel. My room was a good size, it was clean and the decoration, though plain, was not tired. The meal I had in the restaurant was very good. But, the bar didn't open until 7pm (and, get this, not at all on Saturday!). The garden was pleasant but my overall impression was that the public and outside spaces had been neglected - the garden furniture was a bit tatty. Except at breakfast, there wasn't a huge number of staff around, but those that they had were friendly and helpful (especially the chap on reception who checked us out).

A nice place to stay.
Clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great value for Milan, a little bit outside the city center. Leave the car at the hotel and take the tram into the city. The tram stop is right at the corner by the hotel. You can buy tickets at a convenience store across from the tram stop.

Clean affordable room
Booked in the area to meet a friend, so it wasn't an area I would choose myself. The location doesn't have much to offer, however the room itself was incredibly clean and well presented.
