A cheap version of a "W", family UNfriendly.

Pros: The only real thing to like about this hotel is the location. It's very centric and close to most of the sight seeing areas within Milan.
Cons: All staff need to be at the same level and it's completely unacceptable for a room to have broken parts.
Location: As mentioned above the only real benefit is that its very close to most sightseeing you will do in Milan.
I went with my wife and 3 children and booked 2 rooms. On paper it seems like a very nice hotel, but it is not really functional, especially for families. They don't offer connecting rooms. The rooms are supposed to be soundproof, but you can hear everything going on in the corridor and outside the hotel. One of the rooms had a roll out bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Another room had a closet door completely broken off. There is another review about the staff, in general they were quite pleasant except one person who even tried to overcharge us with the city tax and was rude in general. My kids were literally right behind me when the person wanted to charge me the city tax for 5 adults! The food wasn't worth it and I would recommend going to a nearby cafe or restaurant to eat. There is a pool that they let you use, but tell you to keep quiet because the massage area is next door.

Close to shopping

Posted 17-Aug-2015
Although the room was a bit obscurely laid out, it was overall quite interesting. The bathroom was the size of the sleeping area with a treadmill in the bathroom area, go figure. Although, the hotel is directly in the heart of shopping and Duomo. Didn't need a taxi/über the whole time there.

Pros: The staff and the oillows
Cons: Not much
Location: Duomo, great shopping, Dolce & Gabana Bar
We absolutely loved our stay - the staff are fabulous and so helpful. Has a great bar on the 8th floor over looking the back of the Duomo which is only a 5 minute walk. Amazing restaurants and bars close by especially the Dolce and Gabbana Bar. One of the best things we loved about the hotel was the bed and the pillows! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and so soft pillows.

A fine option

Very hip and eclectic. Didn't love the layout of the bathroom and the sink and tub were not working properly. Excellent location!! Walking distance to major shopping and the duomo and theater. Room wasn't very quite, we could hear everybody in hallway. However, I would stay there again.

Classic Room

Posted 04-Jun-2015
Pros: The Staff - Amazing
Cons: redecoration - attention to detail
Location: Many designer shops and of course the Duomo di Milano (Cathedral) is just up the road - its a very well situated hotel and also close to the Metro
The staff are amazing at this hotel.. however the Classic Room which faces inwards, was in need of much redecoration - the toilet door did not close properly, the shower door was missing and there were many scratches and scuffed paintwork and just a sense that the room was not at its best. The door handle fell off but was fixed on the 2nd day without telling the staff and the bidet did not flush. The Breakfast offered as room service was not easy to book if 2 people wanted different items, it was also not consistent. little things like toast provided one day was missing the next day.. No corkscrew provided to open red wine from mini bar.. This place is ok and was once a forward thinking hotel but i would describe it better as a 3/4 star hotel.

Great location/Good Hotel

Posted 27-May-2015
Pros: Staff, room size, rooftop deck, comfortable beds, location...
Cons: The only necessary improvement would be to update the shower heads in each room. The rain heads do not allow for washing hair or body.
Location: Heart of the designer shops!
We have stayed at this property many times over the last five years because of its great location and its large rooms. It is so nice to have a large room waiting for you at the end of the day.

Situación muy céntrica y hotel moderno

Posted 14-May-2015
Para el precio del hotel he encontrado que en la habitación faltaban unos sillones para descansar cómodamente. Además, en los canales de TV no funcionaban los españoles, y no fueron habilitados durante mi estancia
