Ottima posizione, a 10 metri dalla metro. Pulito, elegante, di stile. Personale preparato cordiale e disponibile. Parlano più lingue. Gran bel 4 stelle.

Hotel comodo ben allocato

Hotel da consigliare, metro fermata lima davanti l'ingresso,colazione varia ,abbondante e di buon livello.per quanto riguarda la stanza dopo una prima assegnazione non adeguata alla nostra prenotazione,e in seguito alle nostre lamentele abbiamo avuto assegnata una suite molto confortevole.molto apprezzata soprattutto dai miei figli l'utilizzo del la piscina,la palestra,e la sauna

Hotel propre et très bien placé

Hotel très bien placé. Le Duomo est largement accessible à pieds ce qui permet également de flâner en mode shopping. Le personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute et très sympathique. Le restaurant situé au troisième étage n'est pas donné mais les plats copieux et très bons. Nous avons demandé une baignoire et l'avons eu en revanche , c'est plus proche d'une baignoire sabot que d'autre chose.. A recommander malgré tout !!!

Good Hotel for One Night

Pros: comfortable beds, great breakfast
Cons: Front desk staff a bit unfriendly, noise from subway below
Location: Central location and great for restaurants and shopping. Centrale Station is only 10 minutes away
We stayed just one night in Milan at the Hotel Galles. It was a pleasant and central hotel. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi free and it was only a 10 minute walk to the train station for the next morning. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room and it was outstanding. The only problem were all the guests fighting each other for the food. Once that calmed down it was quite civilized. We were on the 4th floor and my only complaint was the terrible sound coming from under the hotel very, very early in the morning...around 3-4am. It sounded like the subway system was moving trains or something and the sound was crazy. If you were higher up or not jet lagged you may not notice it.

Convenient, friendly staff

We were only at the BW for one night. It is in a great location to shop and eat. We were extremely impressed with the guy (didn't note his name [Asian] who checked us out. He walked several feet to try and find us a cab. He was very diligent and had superb customer service.
