The front desk worker ask pay for extra fee for 2nd person to stay in my room, I paid for it but front desk worker doesn’t send clear info to housekeepers so at beginning three days we didn’t have enough towels ,sanitizer & blankets, especially when we check out I have questions about additional charge but the worker was very impatient to answer me, until now I still don’t understand why there is 20 eur charge for?

You arrived with a second person; it is nothing extraordinary to require an extra fee. 10 minute car trip from the closest metro. Air con wasn’t on within the building, it was quite stuffy inside.

Dear Mr. Cooper,Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply sorry to read that your staying was not as pleasant as you planned. Unfortunately we cannot change our location. We know that we are not in the city centre but there is a public bus stop which leads to the closed subway stop (if you don't want to drive). Air con was off 'cause during the night it is not so hot for us and our guests want to have the heating system on. We hope to see you again, maybe in summertime with air con on!

Loved staying at this hotel! The staff is so helpful and welcoming! They even scheduled my taxi back to airport. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Area is not what I thought too far from Milan we stayed as we thought there was airport transfer free and near to San Siro neither of which were true. Good staff spa and shower

3 day business trip to Milan
Hotel check in/check out process fine. Had breakfast each morning and adequate choice. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Organised transfer to airport and everything worked well. Didn’t use restaurant on an evening and bar closed at 11pm, so didn’t get chance to use it.

Whilst the hotel is outside central Milan, transport is excellent. The hotel is comfortable & the staff extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast is first-rate, too! The restaurant is across the road (it's a "sister" business) and is great - both atmosphere & food. It seems to be where the locals come to eat, so that says it all.

Your bathroom looks beautiful but I feeling too bad, because the floor so slippery, xspecially I have knee injury, the shower floor should be has rough texture so not too slippery, but overall They’re so helpful.

Good hotel in the South of Milan
A good hotel in the South of Milan. Around 55 mins to get from the hotel into central Milan for the Duomo or Navigli area. We stayed here whilst attending a concert at the Mediolanum Forum and although reasonably close, distance wise, it was still an expensive cab ride to/from

Far from the city but very good for the price.
This hotel is located about 30min from downtown Milan. But it has all the american comfort you won't find in any Italian hotel this category. We used the hotel when we leave Milan in our way to Tuscany and it worked perfect for us.

Pleasant stay.
Rooms are small but have everything you should need. Lobby always has an unpleasant smell but the hotel is well decorated with modern style. Breakfast is an amazing spread worth the extra cost. Rates are ridiculous during the Milan Expo.

Only if you want to stay in Trezzano sul naviglio
Chose this hotel because had a meeting in Trezzano. Rooms and service is all upto the mark. If you are on a holiday to Milan, hotel is a bit isolated. Had to take a bus (approx 10min) to Bisceglie which is the closest metro station to the hotel. Overall for me it was a good experience with no complaints.

The hotel was great the rooms really comfortable, we only had a small mix up over breakfast. It's a little further out the city than I had stayed before but I didn't pay the tourist tax this time. And the transport is easy enough to figure out, take the 327 to biscelgie metro station and from there to the city.
