We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Amazing service by all staff, especially the room service waiters and the door men. So friendly and made my little boy smile everyday. We felt so welcome staying at this hotel, even with a 15month old. Room service both breakfast and evening meal was great! And my favourite was the little touches we would come back to every evening. From flowers, chocolates, to birthday cake. This stay was extra special. Thank you all!

The BAGLIONI is everything you would expect in an Old world elegance Hotel! The staff is amazing. And the service is impeccable. Not a single disappointment.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a very nice stay at this hotel for one night before our flight out of Milan the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made us last minute restaurant reservations and packed us delicious breakfast boxes and coffee in the morning before we left for our early flight. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the short period of time we were there. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This place is fantastic! Emmanuel was such a great help, he checked us in and made sure throughout our stay that we were happy and comfortable. He was truly one of the best people we have met in all of our stays around the world. Thank you for the care and attention to detail Emmanuel! The staff is just perfect and concierge was so helpful with all of our questions and guidance, they really saved us so much time and helped us create a great experience in Milan. The general manager event sent us a hand written note! In all great staff, beautiful property and wonderful location. We will stay here every time we visit Milan.

Wonderful Milan Experience
This was truly a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a balcony. While the balcony itself wasn't as updated as the room and the rest of the hotel and didn't have great views - it was located on top floor. Location and accessibility of back entrance were fantastic. This hotel deserves every bit of its 5 star rating.

The hotel is in a great location; walk out the back door right into the fashion store area. It is an older building, which my wife and I really prefer; but kept very well and quaint. The room service and house cleaning was excellent.

Perfect hotel for shopping lovers.
The staff at reception are very welcoming and definitely wants to please the guests. The restaurant staff are to be commended. If you have breakfast at the hotel, make sure to come early. The food is not cosistently replemished but they will get them done if asked. Housekeeping staff needs work on communicating guests' requests. The day staff does relay the requests to the night staff which makes it annoying when one has to keep asking for the same request, such as making sure to have the twin beds separated and not joint into a king bed. When brought to the attention of the front desk, things were corrected.

Authentic Italian mixed with modern style
It's a true hidden gem in Milan. It's a beautifully maintained property at more reasonable price than the well-known It's not right in "the mix" but a good location for wslking or taking a quick cab anywhere
