The hotel is safe, elegant and comfortable. Very good access to train, airport and metro. Delicious breakfast buffet with many delicious choices. Staff is very helpful and friendly and spoke English well. We had a lovely stay.

Close to train station. Easy walking area. Delicious restaurants all around. Lovely traditional hotel. Desk reception was easy and efficient. Clean room. We had a huge terrace and although we visited in January, it was a great feature with a terrific view

This was a great location for us. About 5 minutes walk from the train station. Great pizza place next door. Hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s older but more than fine!

Near the station
The hotel room we had matched the photos provided by Hotels.com. We found the room and bathroom scrupulously clean and the facilities suitable. The breakfast and reception staff were efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate. We do think the hotel is a little "tired" and in need of updating, but as said, it was exactly as we expected. We did notice that soundproofing could be an issue between rooms. The location was excellent for us as we used the subway and central train station each day.

The welcome and service at breakfast was poor. The continental breakfast choice for a 4* hotel was also very poor. On the positive side the hotel is in a good location for the railway station. The main tourist sites are 30-45 minutes leisurely walk

Noise is an issue at this hotel. I could only sleep in spurts because of hearing water hammering every time someone flushed the toilet or took a shower. Additionally noises from the train station were excessively louder than should be. The vent in the shower had layers of dust on it and obviously doesn’t get cleaned.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are large but a little dated. Wifi is slow and not always reliable. Convenient location if travelling by train and metro. Walkable into city centre. Room cleanliness could do with being better. Plug sockets mostly only took the thin pin adapters. Only had one socket that took the thicker pin style.

One night in Milan
Perfect location as we were travelling by train. Easily walkable to Duomo Milano, which was stunning. Hotel was clean, large room with nice view too.Plenty of places to eat nearby. We are at the pizzeria Michelle close by which was super.

Colourful Milanese’s hotel
Nice hotel very close to railway station, friendly and helpful staff, well catered breakfast, would stay again if rail travel is a priority

Nice property, conveniently close to the main train station. They let us in early since our room was ready. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Advice unrelated to the hotel: use the subway from the central station to get around Milano (the Duomo is quite a hike)....and.... absolutely check the Google rating of any restaurant in the area before you sit down (there's a place off to the right as you face the station walking from the hotel across the open expanse of roadway in front of the station that is notorious for being a rip-off)

Great location comfortable room. Beautiful terrace off my room. Breakfast not included but a good deal for 12.00 euros. I would have preferred that the price was stated on the info in the room. No idea.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Milan Centrale Station. We had 2 interconnecting rooms which were spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Starting to look a bit dated but it's not really an issue.

Thé décor has a classy European feel while being conveniently functional for travellers. The location is spectacularly close to the central terminal for metro, buses and high speed train. This also means it’s easy to hop onto the airport shuttle. Very good property.
