Doria Grand is nicely located. Easy access to many attractions across Milan. Hotel was clean with comfortable beddings. Friendly staff.

Property condition needs an upgrade for sure. Location is decent. Security needs to be drastically improved. Our room door was left open when we returned from sightseeing. Random person followed us to the room floor watched us get into our room and returned back to the elevator. Maybe coincidence but wierd.

Good stay, good staff
Stayed 5 nights here recently, overall not a bad stay. I got a single room with a small bed, when i actually booked a queen sized bed. They said they were fully booked and couldn't change. Due to my height I always book a queen or king bed, ended up uncomfortable nights. Requested locked room safe to be unlocked. They said it would be next day when the guy who could do it was back in. Re Requested later, still never opened. Those problems aside, the staff were what help make my stay quite pleasant overall. The breakfast was okay and the staff there were incredible in a very busy environment. Saverio and the other older gentleman in the bar were excellent and deserve a special mention. Very clean and spacious, both the room and bathroom. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Wifi was very slow, but good security. Milan Centrale Station is close by which is a major plus for coming and going, 3 metro stations close by on various lines. Supermarket across the road. The place was obviously quite something in its day. A bit tired now, but in the end the staff were what made it all good for me, so thankyou to all. Would probably stay again.

Easy check in. Nice hotel. The room looked clean and neat until I started walking barefoot into the room. It was very dusty ! And then I looked much deeper and it wasn't that clean.

The front desk was very professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was also well stuffed. (Breakfast, it is better you go early especially when they have a full house but nevertheless the staff still make a lot of effort to make everyone happy...) Excellent place to stay.

Overall the room, hotel, and breakfast were all great. The problem I had was that my flights changed and I need to change my reservation dates. I called the hotel and the staff would not allow me to change dates. When I asked to talk to the manager they hung up the phone. I called back and they hung up on me again. This happened several more times. The staff would not let me talk to the manager.

For the modest price we paid, we expected the Doria would be "Grand" in name only and possibly a bit tired. Our room and the public areas of the hotel were immaculate and rather classy. The service was first-class and the location, just 5 mins walk from Milan Central Station was perfect. Excellent breakfast included in the rate we paid

The condition of the room was very poor , front desk was rude ,they didn’t care if your in room safe wasn’t working , it should be rated one star , don’t know who gave this hotel four star ,will not recommend this to friends or family .

리셉션 lead manager 빼고 전반적으로 친절했어요. 무엇보다 오랜만에 유럽의 앤틱하지만 오래된 냄새는 안나는 호텔에 묵어서 좋은 경험이었습니다. 조식도 특별하지않지만 스크램블부터 시작해서 따뜻하게 잘 먹었습니다 🙂 가격도 조용한 위치도 마음에 들었어요 다음에 오면 또 방문할 의사가있습니다

Excellent value for money
Very nice hotel, in the heart of Milan, few steps from Milan central train station and corso Buenos Aires. Staff are friendly and helping. Room is capacious, well equipped, clean. Location is perfect. About 250 m from nearest metro station. Price is good compared to other 4 star hotels. Breakfast is OK. Would definitely come again.

The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Without provocation they accused upon the best Metro tickets to purchase, the best routes to take to get too or destinations etc. They kept the bar open when we got back late and provided little snacks and treats. Absolutely first class staff!

Nice, classy hotel close to a metro station and at 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station. Clean room, refrigerator, tea maker, TV and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Very good water pressure. Excellent breakfast.

Good location in Milan close to metro station, plenty of stores, supermarkets,etc. Bed was very comfortable but pillows way too soft. Good ac, small fridge,location old, but well kept. Breakfast was delightful and fantastic, plenty. Delicious fresh mozzarella every morning.

Moment we book this hotel I had massage them to see if possible to leave our luggage as we where hoping from one city to another and would arrive early by train ,I had contacted Expedia 3 times regarding this wasted hours on hold as they where trying to reach out to hotel ,email was sent by Expedia 2 times ,I had also email them myself no response,response was received 1 day before our travel ,they did hold on to our bags which we are thankful for but they are not responsive at all!!! Room was average 3 star hotel ,towels are not white rather than motel room’s standard,I don’t consider them 4 star rating .There is no Iron so ether you wear wrinkle clothes as I can imagine if we are traveling for leisure we all want pretty pictures!!I had requested one and was told that it’s a city thing no hotels in Milan are allow to have iron for safety !If this is a case it would be ideal to have an ironing room ,we travel on cruse and they had iron room but hotel doesn’t ,they are listed here that they provide these services where it’s sent out in the morning to be ether press or clean for additional charge but they don’t list here nor they tell you that it does not operate on weekends We happen to be here on a weekend So I had to wear what I could find least wrinkled in our luggage!Staff does not care Safe was not working,they did sent out someone to unlock but after we try to test it and it locked again so we couldn’t use it ,it’s outdated and we would not stay here again !!!
