Moment we book this hotel I had massage them to see if possible to leave our luggage as we where hoping from one city to another and would arrive early by train ,I had contacted Expedia 3 times regarding this wasted hours on hold as they where trying to reach out to hotel ,email was sent by Expedia 2 times ,I had also email them myself no response,response was received 1 day before our travel ,they did hold on to our bags which we are thankful for but they are not responsive at all!!!
Room was average 3 star hotel ,towels are not white rather than motel room’s standard,I don’t consider them 4 star rating .There is no Iron so ether you wear wrinkle clothes as I can imagine if we are traveling for leisure we all want pretty pictures!!I had requested one and was told that it’s a city thing no hotels in Milan are allow to have iron for safety !If this is a case it would be ideal to have an ironing room ,we travel on cruse and they had iron room but hotel doesn’t ,they are listed here that they provide these services where it’s sent out in the morning to be ether press or clean for additional charge but they don’t list here nor they tell you that it does not operate on weekends We happen to be here on a weekend
So I had to wear what I could find least wrinkled in our luggage!Staff does not care
Safe was not working,they did sent out someone to unlock but after we try to test it and it locked again so we couldn’t use it ,it’s outdated and we would not stay here again !!!
