The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The facility is a bit dated, and the walls are paper thin. Location was ideal for our trip, we didn't try the food/bar etc.

We’ve stayed at another hotel in the area but Hotel Cavour was better in every way, especially the friendliness and courtesy of the hotel staff and their willingness to be of service to their guests. The location is excellent; the room was comfortable and quiet; the lighting was adequate considering many hotels now have terrible low- lighting in trying to conserve energy. Breakfast was abundant and very nice. We will stay again at Hotel Cavour the next time we travel to Milan.

Wonderful reception at Hotel Cavour . The concierge went out of his way to make us feel welcome and have the best rooms ready for us even though we got there before the normal check in time . Amazingly he spoke 5 languages fluently . The hotel is in perfect location within walking distance to the top tourist sites . We were there for business but appreciated to be right were things are at in Milano.

WONDERFUL!!!
Everything was wonderful! Staff from front desk were great and extremely helpful in helping us navigate our visit. Breakfast wonderful and dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Location was perfect. Close to everything worth seeing. All walk able from hotel. We will definitely return.
