Clean hotel, convenient.

It was pretty good! One front desk staff was pretty rude to my girlfriend, but the other two made up for it in being extremely helpful and kind. Milan is just a bit strange like that - lots of rudeness in general. But amongst our hotel experiences in Milan, this was definitely a better one. Watch out for breakfast though - they charge a lot for it. Not included like in most hotels.

nice & efficient

Pros: Efficient service / staff. Cleanliness. Location.
Cons: Bigger showers - some people might struggle to fit in this tiny / tight-built shower.
Location: Good handy location to public transports. Also good & safe walking distance to amenities.
Hotel staff & service was friendly & efficient. Rooms clean, quiet, sufficient. Good location.

Dark outdated room

Met minimal expectations . Advertised rooms on website are the updated ones, but if book online , get the outdated ones . Staff was efficient.
