From the service to the cleanliness of the hotel it was all brilliant.would go back it would definitely be go back. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was a celebration whilst we were there and the little extra special touches made it memorable. Thank you

Classy hotel in a nice part of Milan

Posted 29-Jun-2017
Pros: The grandeur of the room.
Cons: The free internet was excruciatingly slow. There is a faster option but they require you to pay around 12 or 15 euros per day.
Location: It's only one kilometer from Milano Centrale, the train station, and a mile from the center: the Duomo and La Scala. The hotel provides a limo!
It's a grand hotel. The room was regal and the attention impeccable. The bathroom was perfect. It was a bit pricey for us but it turned out to be worth it. The front of the hotel faces a grand park but behind it is a lovely residential area, with restaurants and bars. It makes you want to move to Milan immediately.

Fabulous hotel perfectly placed in the city

Posted 28-Jun-2017
Pros: Our chosen room was a junior suite which was the most beautiful place to spend 4 nights in this fabulous city. Staff could not do enough for us.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
Location: Perfectly placed in the NorthEast of Milan. Hop-on-hop-off bus stop across the road, 10 minute walk to bars/cafes etc.
From the moment we stepped through the hotel doors to when it was time to leave for home we were treated with such courtesy, respect and care. We felt very special indeed. The complimentary limousine service into the city centre was just an added bonus. Staff knowledge of the city and its attractions was vast and proved very useful indeed.

Absolutely Great Hotel!

Posted 10-Jun-2017
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing I can think of except maybe a shuttle to the train station.
Location: Duomo, Scala Opera House, Last Supper painting, Train Station
My wife and I spent two nights there to begin our Italy tour. The hotel surpassed my expectations, which is a real feat! The property, staff, and room were all great! Beds were comfortable and room was spotless. Free limo service to the Duomo. Short taxi ride from the train station. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I can't think of anything I would change with the property, although the drinks in the bar area were quite expensive. If you're looking for a hotel in Milan, I would suggest Hotel Principe Di Savoia.

As good as it gets!

Posted 15-May-2017
Pros: The lavish furnishings, large rooms, amazing rest rooms, the terrace for drinks and dining and the great location with direct vaparetto access.
Cons: No
Location: On the Ca D Ora vaparetto stop so extremely good access to the entire area.
This was our second stay at Ca'Segredo in the past six years and they have held their incredibly high standards and have perhaps even raised the bar. The staff, most of whom have worked their since the hotel opened (10 years ago), are extremely helpful and gracious. They all have a great deal of respect for the owner and routinely go beyond the call of duty to make the guests feel welcome and pampered. The restaurant is wonderful and serves the best breakfast in Venice in my view. The new sculpture by Quinn is awesome! A pair of huge oversized hand reaching out of the water and touching the building as if they were holding the walls up. Titled "secure" this art is world class and says a lot about the hotel owners commitment to quality. We depart Venice tomorrow and hope to return next year for another wonderful stay at Ca'Sagredo. Enjoy!!!
