The secure gated complex is 400 metres from the beach and sea, and the heart of La Cala is just 1km away. The complex offers two communal swimming pools, both with separate children’s pools, a play area and extensive communal gardens. The apartment offers a space in the underground parking, aircon units in the living room and master bedroom, shutters throughout and free WIFI This cosy 1st floor apartment is arranged over one level with has access by lift. The separate kitchen is well equipped, including a washing machine. The living room offers a dining seating area, a large sofa that opens out to make a double sofa bed, two armchairs and a 40” smart TV. The lounge offers direct access onto the terrace where you can enjoy the lounge and dining seating areas. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and benefits from an ensuite bathroom, with a hot tub bath with a shower attachment and a bidet.
