The apartment Rancho Garden arranges 75 m2\. A generous living room with leather sofas makes the link between a beautiful all equipped American kitchen and a dining room area. The garden is directly accessible to take advantage of the view and to rest (2 comfortable sunbeds available). The period of sunshine is perfect with a Southwest exposure. A separate spacious parental room, with big bed and large cupboard, and a shower room high comfort. In the living room a sofa is convertible for a sleeping of two additional people. .Location short term all year long and long term possible from November to March. Children welcome. Regardless of whether there were problems or just questions around Andalusia, Bertrand had a solution for everything. Now to the apartment. This looks exactly the same as in the photos. Everything was very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything on a new standard. TV programs from all over the world, internet, washing machine is everything there. The environment is beautiful, the area in the apartment is also nice. On the days we had excursions we were always to the pool of the area, this is also highly recommended. The beach is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. We did not like it so much. Since we had a rental car we were always about 15-20 minutes to Marbella. A secret tip is "LA PLAGE CASANIS". There you can rent for 12 € 2 couches and 1 umbrella. Here is the beach also much wider and more beautiful than the nearby the apartment. All in all a really very nice holiday in Andalucia. This apartment we can really only recommend to anyone, quite clear 5 STARS. ##### Denis D. We were told that she would be there to greet us at 1700 hours when the agreed time of occupation was 1600\. The apartment has good views but needs updating.The TV had no instruction information and there was no provision for playing DVDs. after three days we used the washing machine, and a couple of false starts, eventually it worked. The next time we went to use it, it would not work. We contacted the owner who visited the premises, tested it and decided the machine needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for us, he stated that the replacement could not take place until after we had completed our stay. We had based our plans regarding clothing etc on being able to wash them during our stay. No alternative was suggested and no compensation offered. The 'welcome pack' amounted to one bottle of water in the fridge. there was only 2 toilet rolls, one bath towel and we had to buy cleaning materials for our 10 day stay. Lage nah am Meer, man kann direkt mit dem Auto runter fahren und in der Nähe des Strands parken (ca. 800 m entfernt). Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Pool ist top, super schöne Palmen im Poolbereich. Es gibt eine Poolbar mit Getränkeservice. Man kann auch Frühstück bestellen, Mittag- und Abendessen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Liegen, die man nutzen kann. Man kann nicht draußen sitzen zum Essen, wenn man aber drinnen die Fenster weit öffnet, ist es fast wie draußen sitzen. Der Esstisch steht am Fenster.
