Located in the exclusive Siesta Golf urbanization, this bright first floor flat invites you to enjoy the charm of Andalusian architecture with the comfort and quality you deserve. As you enter, you are greeted by a warm and light-filled environment, creating a cosy and peaceful atmosphere.  
The flat has three spacious bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. The master bedroom, which has an elegant en-suite bathroom, has direct access to a wonderful private terrace. On this terrace, you will be able to relax in two different areas: a barbecue area for your leisure time and a relaxation area perfect for unwinding while enjoying panoramic views of the prestigious golf course.  
It has a large and bright living room with a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa, a Smart TV, a fireplace and a coffee table. Then, we have the dining space with a beautiful dining table for eight people. The kitchen is integrated into the dining area and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It offers a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, capsule coffee machine, refrigerator and more!  
With two modern bathrooms, every corner of the flat is designed for maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen, which integrates perfectly with the living room, allows you to enjoy views of the terrace, creating an open and luminous atmosphere.  
In addition, the property includes private underground parking and access to a communal swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days.  
Undoubtedly, an ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity, comfort and beauty of the Costa del Sol. Perfect for those looking for a unique retreat with all the comforts of modern, relaxed living.

For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.  
\* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.  
\*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
