Registration number – VFT/MA/63065\. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment that has recently undergone a complete renovation and has been tastefully furnished in a modern style. Situated in the lower western border of Calahonda amidst tranquil settings yet within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities which makes Jardines de Calahonda an ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. With large landscaped gardens with a communal swimming pool and a padel court this complex is a desirable holiday destination all year round. Jardines also has its own local neighbourhood bar serving food and drinks in the evenings. The apartment has air conditioning / heating throughout. There is also complementary internet access and a selection of UK and Scandinavian television channels. Perfect for families. The pool is open from April – Sep/Oct during daylight hours. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
